I took a Draw-Loc to the Deer and Turkey Expo in Madison this Spring and got a great reception from many archers with the problems mention above. The great feature of the draw lock is that if you already have a bow, all you have to do is attach the draw-loc and you are in business. Draw with one hand, or both, no cocking device needed. If you shot well with your archery equipment before your injury, you will shoot as well or better with the draw-loc. The only down side is one still has to go through the process of getting the handicapped permit including paying the cost of the exam.

We are now in the final stages of developing a system that will allow one armed persons to shoot a bow with incredible ease. This system can be held to the shoulder, extending arm out grabbing the pistol grip to shoot. The trigger is very smooth and light for incredible accuracy. It takes a little practice to draw the string up and latch it, but once practiced will become an easy task.

Try this with a horizontal crossbow!!!!!!!!

I have been visiting some of the forums to read things that people saying about Draw-Loc. It is amazing at how many different places Draw-Loc comes up. What I found was that so many people make comments or sugestions that do not even know what the Draw-Loc can offer someome in a certain situation, most have never seen a Draw-Loc. The first thing most say is "just go to a crossbow" and that is their answer. So I went to some forums a posted this little thing, hoping people would read it and try to understand what this device is.

The In-Line Draw-Loc and The In-Line Vertical Crossbow gets some attention at the 1012 ATA show from ArrowTrade Magazine. Our booth had lots of traffic during the 3 day event with many dealers saying '"this could be the crossbow of the future".

June/Jully Issue of Crossbow Magazine will feature a Crossbow Review on The In-Line Vertical Crossbow. This bow has lots of neat features. It is the lightest crossbow on the market and pound for pound is the fastest and has the most energy. It is extremly quiet, very fun and easy to shoot.

After several years Draw-Loc's are now legal in PA. On April 24, 2012 the commission voted unanomously to allow hunters to use the Draw-Loc as an alternative to a crossbow. They would have done it sooner but the crossbows had to get full inclusion into the archery season before the commission would introduce it for consideration. Now most all states allow the use of it for the crossbow permitted. We are getting there.

Last year was our first complete year for launching our (Hickory Creek) New In-Line Draw-Loc System. We had very few glitches for a new product and quickly corrected them. As with any product you must get them out in the field to see if there will be any issues. Now we have a perfect shooting machine that shooters are loving! Now there is no need to go to a crossbow if you already have a compound bow.

This weekend we went to the Kinseys Dealer Show in Hershery Pa and on the way home to Mississippi we stopped off at the Wilderness Hunting Lodge In Monterey Tn, There the boys had a great time chasing big boar hogs. Daylon shot the first one that wieghed about 250lbs and then Dustin shot a big bruiser of a hog that topped over 300lbs. Both boys were using an In-Line Vertical Crossbow that was set at 75lbs.
